At Vintage Snap we endeavour to make the return of faulty items as smooth as we can to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
All items come with a 14-day money-back guarantee ( Terms & Conditions 1.26 applies). If you change your mind about return/ exchange, please let us know within this time frame. Unfortunately, we can't offer a refund/exchange once 14 days passed.
To be eligible for return/ exchange, the Item must be unused and in the same condition as you received. Any extra accessories/ original packing needs to be returned as well. Buyer must pay for the return postage.
If you returning an item for full refund, then you will receive item's price what you originally paid. If you have paid any postage cost ie; special delivery, unfortunately, this will not be refunded.
All item comes with 30 days warranty, if anything occur within 30 days, you need to inform us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refund once 30 days passed.
In some cases we may be able to offer partial refund ( if applicable)

Non-returnable items: Items which are being sold under " Spares & Repair" Category are either end of line or they are being sold due to some mechanical fault which cannot be repaired or beyond our repair. These items being sold as non-returnable, please mindful when purchase those items.
