Processing Time: All order process within 1-2 business days.
National Postage: We provide free shipping through out the UK, excluding any channel islands, via 2nd class recorded with the tracking number. If you wish to receive your item quicker, please choose next day delivery at the check out ( charges applies).
International Postage: Customers needs to pay for any International Postage cost at the checkout. Customers are liable to pay any custom duty to their country. Your parcel will be sent out as a gift so you don't have to pay any custom duty or very minimal. International postage can be delay sometime due to the custom of that country or overall process. Unfortunately, We cannot expedite that process once your item is posted. Please track your item through courier website with the tracking number provided.
Exchange: If you wish to exchange the product or not happy with it, Please let us know within 7 days once you receive the item. Customer needs to pay for the return postage.
Damages & Lost Packages: If you receive your parcel damage, please refuse delivery and contact us as soon as. If you haven't received your parcel and deemed it got lost in Transit, please contact us. If you are returning any product to us and it reaches to us not as expected (Damaged) or it never reaches to us, customer would be liable for this lost. We strongly recommend to use recorded delivery to return any item back to us.
